1. Acceptance

By using the NLMedia (Next Level Media) website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Service

The site presents digital-agency services. It is not a binding offer. A commercial relationship starts only with a signed contract.

3. Eligibility

Minimum age 16 (or higher if your local law requires).

4. Acceptable use

No illegal content, malware, unauthorised access, abusive scraping, sensitive/illegal use of the AI assistant, or impersonation of NLMedia.

5. Your content

Messages via phone, Telegram, email or Ask AI remain yours; you grant a limited right to process them to answer you.

6. Ask AI output

Replies are generated automatically and may be wrong. Check before business decisions. No guaranteed commercial results. AI output does not replace contracted advice.

7. IP

NLMedia copy and brand: operator or licensors. Open-source: license-notices.md.

8. Liability

Site and AI are provided as is. To the extent allowed by Moldova law, no liability for indirect loss or decisions based solely on the site/chat. Mandatory consumer rights in the EU are not affected.

9. Privacy

Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

Law of the Republic of Moldova. Courts of Moldova, unless mandatory law says otherwise. EU consumers may keep mandatory protections of their country of residence.
